The Blood Moon Howlers are a Psychedelic, Swampy Neo-Noir Blues/Rock band out of Los Angeles, CA., formed in 2017. Their music features both male and female vocals, groovy guitar lines and unique drum beats and percussion that’ll put a wobble in your walk. They have a new single, “Moonlighters” coming your way April 3, 2020.
“Moonlighters” is a song about nightlife adventure sung with sultry croon framed with earthy brass lines and dirty dance vibes. Members include guitarist/vocalist Matt Wayne, bassist/vocalist/keyboardist JuJu, drummer/percussionist Brandon Cooke and saxophonist Evan Hatfield.
Matt and JuJu say, “This song is about living your life the way you want to without caring about other people’s judgement or social “norms”.”
