Katie Belle is an American pop artist, songwriter, musician and model from the state of Georgia.

Tell us a bit about yourself

I am a singer-songwriter-recording artist and live in the north metro Atlanta, Georgia area known as East Cobb. I have been fascinated with music from a young age.  They say that we chose our paths in life, but I feel like music has chosen me!  Like many youngsters I was involved with singing at church and school.  I landed my first solo in the 4th grade play, a very pivotal moment which propelled me on my journey.  I was 11 when I recorded my first professional song. Building my artist career and brand has taken me from school plays, Touring for 5 years in Middle-High school with the Teen Nation Tour.  I’ve gotten to experience many amazing things, learned a lot along the way and guess what?! This journey is far from over!

How do you cope with stress?

Stress can kind of sneak up on me sometimes but usually if I’m feeling anxious I will just “go ghost”.  I put my phone away, stay off of social media and figure out why I’m feeling this way and what I need to do to ease up. It can be as simple as getting some extra sleep or rest. The faster I figure out the root cause I can respond in a common sense way, accept what the issue may be, chill out and move on from these moments pretty fast.

    One word descriptor

    PASSIONATE

    Success habits

My calendar! I used to try to mentally remember everything (and boy did that give me unconscious stress!)  I 200% utilize a calendar, I have my calendars synced so I only enter info once #oneanddone.  I also keep a journal and write down goals for the week, month etc.  I tend to stay focused on current/present goals as for me, once I have completed tasks it is a natural flow to the next items which need attention and consideration.  I also break things down on a daily basis as well which include exercise, mental health meditation, healthy eating habits and writing in my journal. When I stay on track daily this helps me focus better on weekly, monthly and long term objectives.

How do you market your business?

Authenticity is very important to me. I focus my music and brand to be a natural extension of me!  The music industry (like many industries) requires multiple personalities!!!!!  I blend my natural with my professional as best I can.  As my popularity has increased, I try to stay true to my core values and offer engaging interaction in my stage performances and on all my social sites.  Hence…. What you see is WHO I AM.

    Date night meal

100000000000 PASTA! I also love cooking together, even if the end goal doesn’t turn out 5*****.  I really enjoy trying something new and having fun. Don’t forget the wine because if we have a bottle (or two) how bad could the food really taste? Lol

    Theme song

“Perfect Places” by Lorde, and my original “Out Tonight”

    Learn a language

This is easy!  Right now, I am working on Spanish. Once I am competent with Spanish, I would love to study Turkish and Arabic language as I am part Turkish on my father’s side. I’ve always been fascinated with East Mediterranean –Greek- Ancient World cultures.

    Useless/silly talent

I can pick things up with my toes (I’ve been told my grandfather was King when it came to this) #family inheritance xoxoxo

Last thing you dressed up for

I had a booking recently for a “Renaissance” inspired photo shoot. I was the Renaissance women, and the photographer was shooting re-enactment of a Shakespeare play. It was a lot of fun! The clothing included stunning gowns.

    Addition to a crayon box

    Sparkly pink or black crayon.

    Bring to a picnic

Champagne, Charcuterie board, flowers of some kind, 70’s music playlist and my Great Grandmothers quilt it has the most beautiful fabrics and even though it is over 75 years old it is in incredible condition, why keep it hidden in a cedar chest!!!!

    Younger version advice to give

Trust yourself, listen to your inner voice because “you’re everything you are, no one else is you!”
