Wanting to create a more open space. A song that would sooth.
Lyrically, what does “With Your Heart” mean to you personally, and is there a line that hits you the hardest?
Strength. How we’re all built for our path. Wouldn’t say a certain line , but the whole verse. Truly conveys the process of my life. Personally, it means everything to me.

By creating or securing a great environment. I feel this is just an overall great reference point for any artist who has issues coming up with video ideas.
Were there any specific films, artworks, or locations that inspired the video’s aesthetic?
Honestly, a lot of A 24 films, trade wind music videos, and turnstile newest releases. All have great environmental elements and really felt that would match our vision.
When you’re writing a song like this, what usually comes first – melody, lyrics, or a mood/texture you want to capture?
Instrumental. Love just writing a great song with no idea of what the lyrics will be or melody.
How different is the final version of “With Your Heart” from the original demo you started with?
Not far off at all! Given we lock in instrumentals first, we feel it just locks in the final idea easier.

It’s been cool so far! We’ve been working with ads and feel that’s helping a ton. Would say one of our fans making videos to our songs. That’s been super cool.
What does this song feel like to perform live compared to hearing it in the studio version?
It’s been awesome. The feeling we get playing is unmatched in general, and these new songs really mean a lot to us.
Is “With Your Heart” a standalone single, or part of a larger project you’re building toward?
It’s a part of the bloom EP. Which is 2 little song jammer. To honor my parents and anyone who’s lost someone.
