Highlight of the Lead Single: “Glory Train”

Collaborations between Chuck Manhattan and Hank Montana produced the lead single “Glory Train,” a poignant tribute reflecting Chuck’s admiration for his father. The song stands out with its spirited bluegrass vibe, making it the most distinctive track on the album. Hank’s passionate performance adds soul to the piece, with him giving it his all, even pushing his voice to its limits.

For instance, during the recording of “Glory Train,” Chuck recalls trying out numerous versions before landing on the right feel. The energetic combination of Hank’s unwavering dedication and Phil “The Juggernaut” Doublet’s excitement over his new Gretsch guitar created a unique atmosphere, making this track not only memorable but also deeply heartfelt, capturing an essence that the duo felt was unmatched in later sessions.
