March 8, Ria Mae released her highly anticipated EP, Stars, available to stream and download now.

Stars takes its name from the title track off the album written by Ria Mae, Erik Alcock (P!nk, Eminem) and Calum Brockie. “For me, it’s a song about a tough journey, but never giving up or losing faith,” says Ria. That mindset inspired Ria’s sonic and lyrical evolution in the writing of this EP. From the provocative “Trixi,” to the vulnerable “It’s You,” to the reflective “Hold Me,” and playful “Not Your Type,” Stars showcases Ria’s wide ranging voice as a songwriter. See below for full tracklisting.

The EP Stars is a follow up to the JUNO Award nominated, My Love. The first single “Bend” became an instant hit, skyrocketing to Top 5 at Hot AC, Top 15 at AC, and Top 15 at CHR radio, reaching platinum certification status. Last year, Ria was nominated for “Album of the Year” at the 2018 JUNO Awards. Two years earlier, Ria also earned a JUNO nomination for “Single of the Year” for her platinum-selling hit “Clothes Off”.
