You Have An Empty Nest
When your home is full of little ones, it can seem impossible or at least challenging to consider moving home. If you are getting to the point where your repairs are going – literally – through the roof, then it might be time to think about a move. This will be especially true if you are finding that your repairs are costing more than the cost of moving would be, in which case you should definitely up sticks and move.
