Eugenia Post Meridiem share her final single ‘whisper’ before the sophomore album like i need tension

With the end finally in sight and the electrifying hum created from first single ‘willpower’ and second single ‘around my neck’ warmly echoing in our ears, Italian indie band Eugenia Post Meridiem take us even deeper into their world with the mysterious and unfolding ‘whisper’.

Representing the eye of the storm, the calm before the almighty waves crash together, ‘whisper’ is the deep breath, a moment to pause before we finally have our hands on the formidable 8 track project like i need tension out November 18th.

Housing a kaleidoscopic medley of flavours, breakdowns, switch ups and builds, in both ‘willpower’ and ‘around my neck’, third track ‘whisper’ feels darker, edgier and even more explorative but still chock full of surprises, ultimately solidifying EPM’s exceptional talents and unconventional sound which they embody so fiercely.

Unafraid to experiment, to step into the unknown and to go against the tide, EPM’s art is filled with quality, curiosity and ingenuity. Placing its roots somewhere in the mystical universe of Hiatus Kaiyote, Christine and the Queens, PYJÆN and Tame Impala.  Eugenia Post Meridiem’s sound is inextricably eccentric and refreshingly intangible, allowing the listener’s own interpretation and understanding to run wild.
